To show my appreciation for those who have chosen me as there realtor I will be holding a lottery and the lucky winner will take home a "Prize Item has not been decided on" right before Christmas. If you have not done so already, the first step is to register on my website then do your property search. Aside from this there is a wealth of information at your finger tips on this website. Win a 20” TV/DVD Combination
1) By registering and becoming an active member of my online property search service you will be automatically enrolled in a lottery to win a brand new 20” TV with built in DVD player.
2) To qualify for chance to win the correct personal information such as full name, home address, phone number, email address must be on file with the registration. This information will be held confidential and will only be given to a third party with your written or verbal consent.
3) Only “1” Enrollment per house hold address allowed.
4) The lottery will be held on December 12, 2007 just in time for Christmas.
5) The lottery drawing will be supervised by Broker Owner of Remax Premier Joe Santoro and the Drawing will be held at 1011 Smith Street, Providence RI 02909.
6) An attempt to contact the winner will be made via phone and email (No postal mail will be sent for notification of winnings).
7) If winner does not claim their prize by December 18, 2007 a new Drawing for a new winner will be held on December 19, 2007.
8) The winner of the prize is responsible for pick up at address: 1011 smith street, Providence RI 02908, as a courtesy if winner would like for prize to be mailed, the winner will be responsible for shipping charges and insurance.
9) As a winner of the prize he or she will be authorizing Charles Fernandez of Remax Premier to use their name and pictures of themselves for marketing purposes.
10) The winner has the right to decline the prize, if so a new drawing for a new winner will be held.
